How it works
We track 34 metrics for each of the 22 net lease REITs, and you can trace every value to the exact place it appears in the company's SEC report.
Which companies
Our 22 are the members of the Colterpoint Net Lease Real Estate Index, which Nasdaq calculates. To be in it, a company must earn at least 85% of its earnings or revenue from net lease real estate. Why we use this index, and how other lists compare.

Where the values come from
For each quarter, we read everything the company filed with the SEC about it: the 10-Q or 10-K, and the earnings release and supplement. Each value keeps its quote and a link to the place it appears.
How we check them
A person reviews every quarter before it goes live, after we've checked each value against its quote and tested each link. When a value is calculated from several parts, you'll see a source for each part.
When a value is missing
"Not disclosed" means the company didn't publish that value for the quarter. We never estimate one. The value's panel explains why, including when a metric doesn't fit that company's business.
